HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET AN ANSWER?
We try every time to answer you within 48h. Sometimes we have email issues, and our emails land in SPAM folder, so if you don't hear from us, check you SPAM folder. Of course, especially in the wedding - travel season, it could takes us a bit longer. If you don't hear anything after 72h, please please please write us again!
CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE OUR WEDDING?
Certainly, prior to finalizing any wedding booking, we find it essential to establish a connection with you both. We prefer an initial meeting, and in instances where distance is a factor, we often opt for an online meeting. If, following this call, you still feel a connection with us (and vice versa), we'd genuinely appreciate the opportunity to meet you in person at least one time before your wedding. This way, when your special day arrives, we're not strangers but familiar faces sharing in your joy.
HOW MANY HOURS CAN WE BOOK YOU?
We are passionate about capturing the entire story, which is why we start with the getting ready moments or even earlier and remain present until at least the conclusion of the party. When we talk about a "full day" coverage, it typically means 12 hours.
Are the prices with VAT?
All prices listed on our offers are inclusive of VAT, travel expenses, and any additional costs that may be required, such as visa fees (when we travel abroad), transportation (e.g., cab services), and overnight accommodations. There are no hidden fees—everything is covered for your convenience.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within the Netherlands is fully included in our packages, with no additional fees. For destination weddings, there will be additional charges to cover our flights and accommodations. Alternatively, if preferred, couples are welcome to arrange these travel and accommodation details themselves.
When does coverage end?
While we don’t have a fixed end time, we’ll always stay to capture some of the party—those unforgettable dance moves are essential for your wedding film and photos! The finish time varies for each wedding and often depends on the timing of your ceremony and speeches. There's always an option to extend coverage until later if desired, and we’ll go over all these details together beforehand.
How do you record sound?
For ceremonies and speeches, we attach a small audio recorder to the lapel or inside jacket pocket of each speaker (except the bride) and place backup recorders nearby. We can also capture audio from any microphones used during the ceremony or speeches to ensure clear, high-quality sound.
Do you have a drone?
Yes! We have a drone operated by a licensed and insured pilot with A1/A3 and A2 CofC certifications. Aerial footage is included as a standard feature with full-day and 10/8-hour coverage, depending on location and weather conditions on the day.
WHY don't you have the prices posted on the website?
We don’t list prices on our website because every event is unique, and we tailor our services to fit the specific needs of each couple. While we do have a base pricing structure, we customize our offers to ensure the best fit for your vision and requirements.

What can we expect from you on the wedding day?
For every event, we ensure comprehensive coverage by assigning 2 videographers/photographers when providing either photography or videography as a standalone service. However, when both PHOTO & VIDEO services are booked for the same event, our standard team consists of one photographer and one videographer.
That said, we are always happy to discuss additional staffing options if needed to accommodate your specific requirements. Our commitment to quality is at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to capture each moment from multiple angles and perspectives to deliver the best possible results.
